The Lighthouse Bike and Scooter Muster!

This Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project initiative sees unused bikes and scooters rounded up and given a second life. Donated items are refurbished, repaired and made ready for their next adventure!

Repair

Donated scooters and bikes are repaired by young people participating in the Pit-Stop program. Pit-Stop is a Lighthouse initiative providing hands-on learning for disengaged youth.

Recycle

Restored scooters and bikes are delivered to schools and individuals in our region enabling young people to get outdoors and be active. Bikes and scooters also provides the opportunity for greater independence and can assist with accessing employment.

Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project acknowledges and pays respect to the traditional custodians of the Shepparton region on whose lands we are located, the Yorta Yorta peoples and their Elders past, present and emerging. Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project recognises, respects and supports all community members regardless of race, colour, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, ability, or age.
