Food Ladder - Project Officer
We're seeking an enthusiastic and community-minded Project Officer to lead the exciting Food Ladder Greenhouse Project at Greater Shepparton Secondary College.
This innovative initiative will establish a state-of-the-art hydroponic greenhouse that supports student learning, sustainability, food education, wellbeing, and community engagement. Working alongside the school, Food Ladder, local businesses, and community partners, you'll coordinate the project from installation through to implementation and ongoing participation.
The role offers:
Part-time position (hours negotiable)
Fixed-term contract
Opportunity to lead a meaningful education and sustainability project
Collaborative work with schools, industry, and the local community
Based in Shepparton
We're looking for someone with strong organisational and relationship-building skills and experience in project coordination, education, community development, sustainability, or related fields.

Pit Stop – Project Officer
We're looking for a hands-on, community-minded person to join our Pit Stop program on a casual basis (3 days per week during school terms).
Pit Stop supports young people aged 12–18 to develop confidence, practical trade skills, and pathways to employment through engaging, hands-on projects. If you enjoy working with tools, mentoring young people, and making a positive difference, we'd love to hear from you.
The role offers:
Approximately 18 hours per week
School terms only (12 weeks off each year)
A flexible role ideal for retired or semi-retired tradespeople, teachers, or anyone with practical skills and a passion for youth
A supportive, purpose-driven team environment
