Opportunities and Life Links for Youth
OLLY (Opportunities and Life Links for Youth) is a program developed by Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project in partnership with GoTafe. OLLY provides a welcoming space for young people to access, food, social interaction, learning experiences and links to referral services.
OLLY replaced Lighthouse's program, the Haven. Established in 2017, the Haven was developed after extensive community consultation and feedback from the region's youth, highlighting the need for a space dedicated to supporting young people. The Haven supported over 11,000 positive engagements.
OLLY is a welcoming space designed by Greater Shepparton young people for Greater Shepparton young people.
Data period: January 2023 - December 2023
The OLLY program works under the Life Links model. Life Links’ is both a systems change framework and a practical approach to building the capability of young people and their families to assist them to navigate life’s challenges.
Life Links systems change framework, consists of three key areas:
- Strengthening the common agenda around prevention and early intervention
- Building on the practical actions and existing services to amplify their impact and sustainable change.
- Creating a shared evidence base that can be used to inform improvements, building confidence in prevention approaches and broader media messaging that will grow the support.
OPEN Monday-Wednesday
1.00pm – 3.00pm for 18+
3.30pm – 7pm for Year 7-12
A drop-home service is available.

OLLY is located at GoTafe, 152-200 Fryers Street, Shepparton
(next to the half basketball court)
OLLY is open Monday to Wednesday 3:30-7pm
and a drop-home service is available at 7pm.
